Hi there, just popping up to say that I am still alive. I’m snowed under trying to get a book finished, hence my silence. But, I did manage to get out and see Fifty Shades of Grey, the movie!
I’m an unashamed admirer of E L James and the books and now the film. It’s romance at its most fantastical and as far as I’m concerned all the haters and sneerers can just go and digest the Man Booker longlist. That’ll keep them busy ;).
I went to see the movie with my romance writing BFF, Heidi Rice, and here’s what she thought which pretty much sums up my feelings too.
